Second Catch emphasizes consistent product imaging, seller verification, and secure payment processing. - First and Last Name: We retrieve first and last names from Users that interact with the Platform. This information is collected to enable transactions on our Platform and personalize Your use of the Platform. First and last names may be disclosed to Payment Processors in order to facilitate and process transactions on the Platform.
- Email Address: We retrieve email addresses from Users as a step in creating Users’ accounts. We may also use email addresses to convey communications related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to changes to this Privacy Policy. Email addresses will not be disclosed to any person or to any entity.
- Phone Number: We retrieve phone numbers from Users to facilitate communication among Users. Phone numbers may be disclosed to Payment Processors and phone verification service providers.
- Mailing Address: We retrieve mailing addresses from Users to create accounts on the Platform and to facilitate transactions on the Platform. Mailing addresses may be disclosed to Payment Processors as needed to process payment(s).
- Credit or Debit Card Information: We retrieve credit or debit card information from Users and this information is used to facilitate User transactions on the Platform.
This information may be disclosed to Payment Processors as needed to process payment(s).
- Geographic Location: We retrieve Users’ geographic location from (1) User entry and (2) geolocation providers to personalize Users’ use of the Platform and to combat fraud and / or abuse of the Platform. Geographic location will not be disclosed to any person or to any entity.
- Photos and Other Data That You Voluntarily Provide: We may retrieve photos and other data that Users voluntarily provide on the Platform to facilitate and personalize Your use of the Platform. Photos and other data that You voluntarily provide will not be disclosed to any person or to any entity.
- Saved Searches, Account Preferences, Favorite/Hidden Postings: We may retrieve information related to Your saved searches, account preferences, and favorite/hidden postings to facilitate and personalize Your use of the Platform. This information will not be disclosed to any person or to any entity.
- HTTP Browser Cookie: We may retrieve information related to Users’ browsers to facilitate and personalize Users’ use of the Platform and to combat fraud and / or abuse of the Platform. This information will not be disclosed to any person or to any entity.
- Information About Your Device: We may retrieve information related to Users’ device and browser including device ID, browser version, operating system, and plugins from Users’ browsers in order to facilitate and personalize Your use of the Platform and combat fraud and / or abuse. This information will not be disclosed to any person or to any entity.
- IP Address: We may retrieve Users’ IP addresses through Users’ browsers to combat fraud and / or abuse. This information may be disclosed to service providers that help the Platform combat fraud and / or abuse of the Platform.
- Web Page Views, Access Times, & HTTP Headers: We may retrieve information related to Web page views, access times, and HTTP headers from Users’ browsers to combat fraud and / or abuse of the Platform. This information will not be disclosed to any person or to any entity.
Please note that We reserve the right to share some or all of the data listed above in specific circumstances. This includes responding to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal processes. We may also disclose data to protect the rights, property, or safety of Second Catch Users or the general public. Additionally, data may be shared at Your direction, such as when you authorize Us to share information with other Users. In the event of a merger, bankruptcy, or the sale or transfer of assets, Your data may also be included in the transaction.

We keep data for as long as necessary to enable and customize Your experience on Second Catch, prevent fraud and / or abuse of the Platform, or as mandated by law. IV. Web Beacons
A Web beacon is used on Webpages and emails to unobtrusively check that a User has accessed specific content. Web beacons are used to monitor the effectiveness of content, ad banners, to gather usage and analytical information, and other information related to Second Catch. Our Web beacons are not linked to personal information and are focused on certain actions taken with Second Catch.
V. Third Party Tools
We permit third party analysis tools solely if it is in performance of the Platform and if they comply fully with this Privacy Policy or substantially similar protections.
The Services also use Google Maps to provide location specific information, calculate directions, and provide additional geographic information to increase the User experience of the Services. VIII. Protections for Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from those under 13, without parental notice and consent. We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the safety and privacy of any child participating in the Services, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain verifiable parental consent prior to collecting or using any personal information from those under the age of 13. How We verify this consent can vary according to how the child wishes to participate or based on how the parental authority provides consent. For example, this consent could include, but is not limited to, online methods such as email, a secure portal, text, or offline methods such as fax or mail. Children accounts are associated with the parental authority and thus parents can review any personal information collected from their children after verifying parental consent. Parents can revoke their consent and delete information collected from their children at their discretion.
De-Identified or Aggregated Information
Personal information can be de-identified and / or aggregated where We remove all personally identifiable aspects of the information and thus it is not treated as personal information. This information is often used to provide third parties with insights into improving Our Services, for marketing, investment research or for other legally permissible purposes. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals received from internet browsers.
